About the project
A Victorian country house in Little Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, with a tree-lined driveway swooping round and delivering us to the front door, that’s the home to this rather splendid kitchen.
The kitchen was located at the back of this splendid house and stepping down into the centre of the kitchen, you were greeted with a large sociable kitchen island with a white quartz worktop just perfect for prepping and chatting away.
To the right was the cooking area with the Rangemaster dual fuel range looking masterful with a bespoke mantle above containing four hidden compartments just perfect for that extra storage and for those everyday herbs and spices being within easy reach. A wall of base and glazed wall cupboards with wooden worktops housed dishwashers and bins, leading to a fabulously designed curved walk-in larder creating a very traditional style of storage for a family home .
What makes this kitchen so appealing is the soft textures and tones. The cool stone floor is pale and feels natural and not too polished, which contrasts perfectly with the soft colors of the clean crisp cupboards. Not everything is the same, wood, stone, glass, it’s a room with a little bit of everything and just off to the left of the kitchen was the designated family dining area which oozed style and sophistication , our clients having the knowledge and style to be able to create a space that has personality and is really special
What a wonderful flowing kitchen to entertain and host parties in. Just heavenly!
