Our first delivery promise is to always endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours – subject to stock availability, naturally.

To simplify matters, we have three delivery options available across the UK. On top of these, our care team can gladly arrange international shipping so that overseas members of the Willow Kitchens & Interiors community need never miss out. Do get in touch if you’d like us to arrange this for you. 

Our standard UK Mainland delivery service costs £6 per order and shall be with you in just 2-3 working days – sooner wherever we can. We currently do not offer next day delivery.

Delivery of large or fragile items, such as items of furniture are currently collection only from our showroom in Buckingham. We hope to offer a delivery on these larger items soon.

Should you require immediate delivery on any of our items please contact us and we shall do our utmost to get the goods to you as soon as is feasibly possible.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions you may issue to our delivery partners – such as to leave a parcel with a neighbour or in an outbuilding.

To Northern Ireland: £19 (2-3 days)

To Ireland, the Channel Islands and other British Isles: £29 (2-3 days)

To the EU: £39 (5-7 days)

To the US, Canada and the rest of the world: starting from £39 (7-10 days)
