About the project
We just loved creating this Shaker Country Kitchen in this beautiful farmhouse in Northamptonshire . The combination of moody dark cabinets painted in Farrow & Ball ‘Off Black’, created a dark and atmospheric feel and with the white solid quartz marble effect worktop gave the kitchen a light and airy feel . The central island was painted to match, with the worktop in a solid oak giving the room a warm gentle glow. The utility was spacious with glazed sliding doors creating a divide from the kitchen, but beautiful enough not to be hidden away and after a family walk just the place for kicking off those muddy boots.
Our clients having a natural flair for design, choose to team the cabinets with Armac Martin ‘Aged Brass’ handles and beautiful Perrin & Rowe ‘Aged Brass’ taps giving a luxurious , cool aesthetic look.
What a lovely Willow Kitchen this one is, some people just have the knack of getting it just right. We set out to create a family kitchen for entertaining friends and family and we think we certainly achieved that.
